MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Member Service Representative is responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting electric bill payments, maintaining customer accounts, and responding to member inquiries and service concerns. This position is responsible for maintaining a positive member relationship by providing efficient, accurate and courteous service that will increase satisfaction and promote good will between the Cooperative and its members.
Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.
